“You’d be surprised how many people can’t do the Korsquat movement. It takes a certain amount of mobility and core strength that a lot of people don’t have. Yes you can arrange something similar without buying the board but can you take that same arrangement with bands on a family vacation and workout on the beach? Nope. It may not be for everyone but I love mine. I’m 36 with a home gym. I’ve been into fitness and lifting weights since high school and I recommend this board especially if you like to workout at home. ”

“I’ve been working out on and off for about 25 years (multiple sports, running, throwing iron around, kettlebells, machines, etc.) but I’ve never done a korsquat, so I needed this! It was a bit tricky for me to figure out the full capability of this product because I’m also unfamiliar working out with bands so their video library helped me a lot. It’s a fun workout and definitely adds variety. Product is very cool and comfortable to use, but the packaging could be a little better.”
