Return & Warranty Policies
You can return your product to us at any time within 30-days of receiving your order. If the product isn’t a game-changer, send it back to us and we’ll provide you with a refund.
NOTE: In order to return, we do require that you keep the original box.
If you experience any issues with your product's, reach out to us immediately and we will provide you with replacement parts.
**While Bamboo performs very well in tension, like carbon fiber, Bamboo does not perform well in compression. What does this mean? This means if you drop the board on its corner from abnormal heights (creating concentrated compressive shock loading), the board could possibly crack. All said, we have never had a customer crack a board. Use common sense and you will be just fine!
