When do I get paid?+
Commissions clear 30 days after the order, so returns and cancellations are accounted for. Then they pay out automatically to your PayPal or bank account through Shopify Collabs. No invoices, no chasing.
How is tracking done?+
A sale is credited to you when a customer buys through your unique link or uses your discount code. The tracking window is 90 days from the click, so you still get paid when someone takes their time deciding. Every order shows up in your Collabs dashboard.
Can I promote on Instagram?+
Yes — IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, blogs, newsletters, and your own gym floor. Paid search on branded terms (e.g. "KORBOARD") is not allowed.
Is there a minimum audience size?+
No hard minimum, but we prioritize partners with an engaged fitness audience. Strong engagement beats raw follower count.
Commissions paid in USD via PayPal or bank transfer through Shopify Collabs. Commission is a flat $10 per order that includes a board (orders of $250 or more). Commissions are final 30 days after purchase (accounting for returns). Paid search on branded terms, coupon-site stuffing, and self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination.
