What's the weight capacity of the KORBOARD?+

Every KORBOARD — Original, XL, and LITE — is rated for 300 lbs of resistance per anchor point. The frame itself is built from Baltic Birch and 6061-T6 aluminum with stainless steel hardware, stress-tested well beyond normal training loads.

What's included in the box?+

Your chosen board, the patented dynamic anchor hardware, non-slip PVC matting, a quick-start exercise guide, and any band kit you selected at checkout (None, Standard, or Premium).

What are the materials?+

Baltic Birch plywood (or Bamboo on the Original Bamboo variant), aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum anchor components, stainless steel hardware, and water-resistant PVC matting. Every board is hand-built in our North Carolina workshop.

Can I buy replacement bands?+

Yes — our KORBANDS set is sold separately and is compatible with every KORBOARD. You can also mix-and-match individual resistances directly from the accessories page.

What does the warranty cover?+

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, plus a replacement warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered part fails, we send a replacement at no cost. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

How long until my order ships?+

Every board ships within two days of your order. With 3–5 business days in transit, most orders arrive about a week after checkout. Flat $35 ground shipping on every US order.

How do I track my order?+

A tracking number is emailed the moment your board leaves the workshop. The email includes a carrier link for live updates.

Do you ship internationally?+

We ship to 30+ countries. Flat-rate international shipping starts at $99. Duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.

My package looks stuck — what do I do?+

If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email support@stoikinnovations.com with your order number. We open a carrier trace and, on confirmed lost packages, ship a free replacement.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?+

Yes — if production hasn't started. Email support within 24 hours of your order to update the address. Once the label prints, changes go through the carrier.

Do I need to be in shape to use the KORBOARD?+

No. The anchor system scales with your strength — beginners use lighter resistance and progress naturally. Many users start their training journey on the LITE.

Is it safe if I have a prior injury?+

The KORBOARD is low-impact by design, but always clear any new training with your doctor or PT. Our app programs include modifications for common limitations.

Are there instructional videos?+

Yes. Every movement in our 100+ exercise library has a demo video. Signature movements like the KORSQUAT, Nordic Curl, and Dragon Flag ship with coaching cues.

Which athletes use the KORBOARD?+

Is the app available on iOS and Android?+

Is there a subscription fee?+

The app is launching soon — we'll share full details at launch.

Does the app work without a board?+

You can browse the library and watch demos without a board, but structured programs are built around board use.

Does my data sync across devices?+

Yes — sign in with the same account on any device and your workouts, leaderboard placements, and progress follow you.

How do I create an account?+

Click Sign Up in the header or during checkout. An account tracks your orders, saves shipping addresses, and unlocks app sync.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?+

Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen. A reset link is sent to your email within a minute.

How do I delete my account?+

Email support@stoikinnovations.com from the address on file. We process deletions within 5 business days per our privacy policy.

How do I start a return?+

Visit /pages/contact with your order number. We email a prepaid label within 1 business day. Refunds process 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Is there a restocking fee?+

No restocking fees on standard boards returned within 30 days in original packaging. Personalized or white-label orders are non-returnable.

How do I file a warranty claim?+

Email support@stoikinnovations.com with photos of the issue and your order number. Approved claims ship a free replacement at no cost.
