Get the most from your Nordic Curls by adding the KORSTICK to your KORBOARD.

The KORSTICK enables the user to conduct Nordic Curls in the dorsiflexed (ankle bent) versus plantarflexed (top of foot flat against the board) positions.

Most users find most comfort in bending the ankle with toes on grip tape (dorsiflexed).
